I have the Athlon Argos 6-24 x 50 on my 6.5CM and I absolutely love it. Very surprised on the quality for what I paid for mine. I've only stretched it out to 200 yards so far but its shooting **** good considering I'm shooting factory ammo and out of a budget rifle.

Target is a 5 shot group at 200 yards. Total cost of the rifle has me right at $475 or 500

What brand and height are those rings? Any particular reason you went that high? I have a set of Burris Signature XTR rings that are the lows (1" for lows, 1.25" for med, 1.5" for high) and I'm wondering if they'd work with this 50mm obj scope..

Sorry yes I do I feel they are a great but I own several Athlon optics In fact the Cronus was for removal of a NF . made some money on that deal . .

Haha honestly the only reason why I went with them is cause they were the cheapest rings I found at the time to fit this scope. They're just some plain Warne rings. Wasnt sure if I was going to keep the set up but now I know I'll keep it, probably pick up some new rings for it soon that arent so high.

Seems like a great deal.....it’s usually priced from $215-$279-$324ish, depending on the seller. At $134.99 shipped, seems like a steal. How soon did the scope arrive? I bought one for a .243 I have that shoots lights out with a lower tier Leupold.
