Hope they can regroup for this weeks contest. Allowing two 4th down TD's and the QB to score twice while the DE's are crashing in is not going to cut it. Saturday night was Maryland all over again with some cute calls from the officals.

Oh well. Still control their destiny to reach the Big 12 title for atleast a few more days, everyone new this wasn't a playoff team.

Frogs have lost 3 in a row for the first time ever under GP. Prolly more of the same this weekend with injuries continuing to pile up. It's ugly football!!!!

To me, this is the season defining game for Texas. Win this game and they continue to put themselves in a spot for the Big 12 Title. Lose this game and does that old weak mentality / doubt creep back into the team.

They better come out fast or it could be a repeat of what happened last week. Please do not defer to the second half if we win the toss. I am curious to see if this team responds. I think they will.

This times 100...When you give up a score every 1st drive its time to shelve this thinking. We cannot play from behind with any of the next two offenses. This only works if the defense can get a stop and they **** sure haven't shown they can do that on any first game drives recently.

Our biggest game of the year is here: Bama. At least we're in Baton Rouge and at night. Shame that that crappy "targeting" call will cost us our best defender for a half. Need to figure out a way to rally to make it up. Joe Burrow needs to be pin-point accurate, smart in check-downs as needed, and somewhat mobile. Will really help if receivers actually catch balls that hit their hands. And special teams need to avoid bone-headed mistakes.

In summary: if LSU plays near-perfect defense, our absolute best on offense, and if we don't shoot ourselves in the foot on special teams, we could hang with 'em. We need to lead going into the fourth quarter. We need the team that played Georgia.
