That really sucks. People are always throwing stuff in our yard because we don't have a fence, and that is annoying. I can't imagine having that much crap dumped. I hope you catch them.

It's not that small of a town. I asked the same question. Sheriff told me they handle the dumping, arson and some other cases. They have just as much authority to arrest and charge the individual (s). Made sense after he explained the process to me. I still reported to Sheriff's Office and they forwarded the information to the FC.

I don't have the balls to drive inside any gate, open or closed if I was not invited

But I keep my driveway gate closed all the time, unless expecting company. And my other gate to the road is chained and locked 24/7/365
