What is up with all the West wind?

I have 3 set ups, none of which can be hunted with a west wind. Last opportunity to stick a doe for me and it's west wind all weekend yet again. Would yall try to get lucky and just go or write it off as bad luck?

Ghille suit and get down wind, or just get a little chair and jump in some brush that is down wind. It will work. Not worth blowing them all out if the wind is wrong

Make up a brush blind to take advantage of the west wind. We are dealing with the same thing in DeWitt.

I hung a stand last weekend in a spot that pretty much only west wind works. It was a crapshoot, but hoping it works out this weekend. Sorry for your luck buddy, but I had a doe down wind of me last weekend and she didn't spook. I was waiting for a specific buck though, so I just watched her. Try to control your scent and you'll probably be ok. Doesn't look like it's going to be a strong wind...in my area anyway.
