I am looking at different higher end ranges. Oven blow the cooktop. I have gas there but no 220. Was speaking with a dealer and he said that the best way to go is gas up top and electric oven. He said it cooks more evenly. Is thee anything to this? Or does a all gas range work just as well

We will getting a duel fuel range, wall oven, steam oven and microwave to cover all the bases.
This
doesn’t help as you only have gas but you could always drop a 30A 220V circuit for a range oven.
