    Mertz-09 A good man gone

    Gentleman, I ask you to bow your heads and send prayerrs for the Hootnen family! Mr. Red passed away, he and his wife Ms.Bo managend the mertz09 for over 40 years, Spoke with Mrs. Bo this evening and she seems to be doing ok, i ask for prayers for her as well as the Mertz-09 family, things will not be the same with out him... if anyone has pictures of Mr.Red please send them.. thank yall and keep safe & safe hunting

        Yep...Red was a tough old bird that’s for sure. Hard as leather and rough around the edges but good ole man.

                    My father in law and I hunted that place many years and got to know Red pretty well. This world definitely lost a good man and Prayers sent for the family.
