spike question (not the usual)

So I've seen a young buck with 3 antlers. One side has 2 antlers with a diffenate separation, the spike side is 8 or 10 inches tall and the other on same side has 3 points. Would this be a legal spike?
No I don't have a pic but if he shows up on game camera I'll post.

As long as one side is unbranched I would believe it qualifies as a spike. I know it does in AR counties.

I would say no, it can have 2points on one side but must be 1 on other side.

Misread . No spike. Let it grow and see if it becomes a double MB buck
