I am a 12 D boot and the 12 fit me perfect. Was even able to wear with a thick pair of socks when it got cold.

I wear a 13D in Ariat Boots and 14-15s in tennis shoes. Bought a pair of LaCrosse Alphaburly 18s in 13 and they fit good. Tad loose but the 12s were too tight! Extra pair of socks when it's cold they for perfect.

I would say they fit .5 size big.

The way they are tight around your ankle they don't slip even when they are a little to big. I love mine and would fish 12 hour bowfishing tournaments in them with great results !
