If you are going to your lease and scared of getting stuck stop and get several bags of quickrete . If it's still raining cover them up or put them in containers. Once your tires start spinning stop. Usually it's one or both of the front tires that get stuck first. Take the quickrete and pour it on the tire and it's better with 2-3 people and pour while you back out from the direction you came. Quickrete sets up quick and will pop you out. No guarantee once you bury it. Gramps taught me this from back in his oilfield days.

I could see me wadding up a fender and ripping off brake lines doing this. As a last resort I can see where it would work though.

I think you'd be pretty safe with boards of a respectable length. Have to be a long *** board to do any damage.. Or you could carry around 160 lbs of sackrete in your bed of your truck or lease vehicle and try to keep it from getting wet.
