I take nothing. You being an old geezer, probably take a can of Ensure, rice cakes, and wash it down with Prune juice or Metamucil. Just sayin.

LOL!!! I feel your pain. Same with candy wrappers. My wife is diabetic and was eating skittles and m&ms because she was having a low sugar level, and it was like shaking a noisemaker at a ballgame on Friday night.

I usually stay in my tree until 1 or 2 pm.
                6" Subway BMT
Or a can of Polar kipper snacks and crackers

Bringing homemade jerky doesn't work for me because I eat it all in the first 10 minutes

When I decide to eat lunch on stand, I hang my bow or rifle, remove my face-mask, kick back and eat. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the woods

I don't understand the snacks and drinks many (if not most) take to their stand. I do not have a good sense of smell, yet when I am around someone who has drank coffee, eaten jerky or something with peanut butter - their breath is VERY strong.
Why go to all the 'scent control' measures bowhunters go to with regard to your clothing, etc. and then put such strong human odors on your breath?

PB&J sandwiches wrapped in paper towels. Try to avoid loud plastic wrappers or ziplocs in case something comes in while snacking can be put away quietly
