When I'm in a hurry I use two packs of Williams chili mix, 2 lb of meat, one big onion, two bell peppers, two Serrano's and one jalapeno. Tomato sauce....not sure how much. Little bit of water or beer and let it rip. Always tasty. Usually add salt pepper and garlic powder while I'm Browning the meat.
