Well I'm going to try I'm in the stand

Watching the river flood report every hour or so I'm about 150 yards from it as of now it's 11.19 take action is 16 foot see if I can't hunt a few hours and possible pull camera so they don't get ruined I'll keep updated... bulk frogs are going crazy right now

I had to drive about 20miles out of the way to get around a flooded area. Saw a lot of displaced wildlife on roads. About to walk in myself Brazos County. Good luck

At 5am it was 10.87 so going up slowly per hour I'm only about 15 yards from the levee over looking several trails that come to a opening about 60 yards wide bull dozed trail

I’m in the stand too. Was pouring when I pulled up but it’s real light. A lone doe was out by the feeder on the walk in. I think it’s a good sign. Just need a little wind.

I had a single deer come into the feeder just before shooting light. Couldn’t tell if it was a doe or buck.

Best of luck to you and all the guys & gals out hunting this morning. I was going to go out for my first outings this weekend but decided to hold off on account of the weather. Temps in the mid 70s and humidity in the high 90s makes for a muggy morning. Not to mention this is like perfect weather for the swarms of giant mosquitos!! Dang bastages have almost carried me of several times this weekend!
