    I just eat when I'm hungry, which is never on schedule. Sometimes I might go a day without eating and sometimes I might eat 2 or 3 big meals in a day.

      I did the 1 meal a day, just a big dinner around 5-6pm. Pretty much ate what every I wanted for dinner, but kept it at 1 meal a day. I lost weight and lost it fast. Problem was i would get hit with what i call sleep attacks. I could be driving or sitting at my desk working and would get extremely tired. Like nauseous tired and it took everything i had to keep my eyes open. I would literally close my eyes and fall asleep. Not healthy or safe when it occurs when your driving.

        I’m medically laid up from weights cardio right now so I have eaten like a couch potatoe. When I get cleared I’ll go back to a meal every two hours. I’ll cut fat quick and feel great as long as I don’t skip a meal.

          Went from 233 to 173 in 4 month doing keto and a 8/16 fast. Once I lost the anount of fat I wanted. I stopped fasting. And am not keto anymore but still relatively low carb. And I’m now training to gain some muscle mass. I’ve seen really good results with my routine so far
