Question about preference point hunts

I’m wondering specifically about the big ticket hunts that take 15+ points to draw. Can I enter my son in the hunt draws now while he’s a toddler so he can accrue points? Or, do you have to be able to qualify for the hunt when applying?

At least some of the western states allow that. I've seen the guys on Bowsite talk about it a lot. Visit the state's websites and you can probably find the info you need.

Thanks fellas. My little guy is still in diapers and he is completely ate up with hunting. When I get home from work he runs to me, hugs me then takes me by the finger and drags me to my recliner and pats on the seat cushion to get me to sit down. Then he climbs in my lap and says “dig ducks” ( big bucks). Lord help me when I turn on the tv and there’s nothing but fishing on, little guy isn’t happy with anything but hunting
