From Kill To Grill!
My wife made her first ever bow kill this morning on a small gilt. I cleaned and quartered it and cut out the backstraps. When we got home I got the straps out of the cooler. We cut them and put in cream cheese and jalepenos. Then we wrapped them in bacon from a show pig of ours. These things turned out fantastic.
