We set up on a spot that has been hammered by pigs this evening hoping to get my 6 year old his first blood before opening morning and go figure a nice 10 walks out that would be an awesome first buck! I sure hope he shows up again tomorrow, he didn't give us a shot tonight but at least I know hes in the area. Good luck to everyone in the morning and God Bless!

I don’t know where you hunt where that is a “nice first buck”! I would be extatic seeing that deer and I am in my mid 40’s...but I hope your boy gets a chance at him! I know exactly where you are coming from because I am trying hard for my sons first deer as well!

We hunt in Palo Pinto Co. That pic makes him look a little better than he is. No doubt an awesome deer especially for a first one!
