We got an email from our land owner asking that no one come to the lease due to wet roads. Well maybe next weekend

What happens if it stays wet for 3 months? I understand a man not wanting his roads and pastures rutted up but you’ve paid for hunting rights and it’s hunting season.

Has anyone else ever said "don't plan anything for me to do on opening weekend" besides myself? Aaaand then realize that you agreed with someone other than your spouse, to do something on opening weekend, without realizing it until your wife points it out to you with a smirk on her face? needless to say, I won't be hunting this weekend I'll head up and check cameras tomorrow, throw out some hand corn, and come home to hold up my end of the bargain, while living vicariously through the rest of y'all who didn't screw up y'alls weekend good luck to everyone, looking forward to seeing LDP's thus weekend

hogslayer78, I'll be heading to San Augustine some time tomorrow- have to go set a new feeder up to replace one the hogs destroyed. I will have a TBHer coming to hunt my setup in a couple of weeks as my proxy hunter. Since I can't hunt I can be a social butterfly and check with folks on a couple of my leases throughout the days.
