    Always be cautious.

During pre-construction for our house (I live in the city), I checked out many houses for ideas. I even took pictures and measured driveways and front porch steps. No one seemed to mind, but I'm sure there were some *** moments if they looked at their security cameras. I hope Mr. Civic doesn't return.

Could be a scout. Could be someone lost or turned around. Cant know for sure. I would just be on the look out for a while just in case.

Used to hunt a place that was on a dead end road. Anytime we found a car that wasn't supposed to be there we'd catch folks hooking up

Have you contacted Parker County SO. There has been a string of break ins out in the Peaster area I am not sure if they have any suspected cars or not.

After re-reading OPs description, here are my assumptions as to what’s really going on here:
              1. Attorney coming to notify you that you inherited $10M from a long lost relative. Because your place looked intimidating and unwelcoming, she simply filled in the paperwork that said you could not be found and the money now goes to the state .
              2. Your old girlfriend finally had worked up the nerve to come tell you that not only do you have a 16 year old daughter, but you also are a grand father (two times over) and they all need a place to live. (Don’t worry, she is no longer smoking meth).
              3. Bud trimmer from Colorado looking to make a few extra bucks cleaning up your neighbor’s harvest of Devil’s Lettuce. Directions to the grow we’re sketchy. Blinded by hazy conditions within the Civic, they ended up at your place.
              4. A deer poacher so committed to the art of illegally taking game who works under the cover of an harmless “girly” late model Honda Civic ....you know, just in case he is picked up on a security camera during his “broad daylight” scouting missions. This guy will be back, around midnight and he will be in a primer gray Dodge Ram equipped with a cherry bomb muffler and a Bone Collector back window sticker.

It’s no doubt one of these four.

Probably just some kids looking for a remote place to knock a little off.

Google maps had our wedding venue pinned wrong and lots of people drove into guys property down the road from us, he was very understanding and we finally got it corrected

Put up a “smile your on camera” sign along with the no trespassing sign!

Is there a place to turn around easily @ gate?

Lock it, put a camera up, no trespass sign....be vigilant as meth heads, thieves are opportunists and will steal you blind!! I'm surprised at some of the responses as I never assumed ANYTHING harmless with ANYONE except Fedx or UPS on my road!! But, like some...I've seen what 2 legged critters can do!!
