Finally ordered the rest of my AR

Going to order My kit and buy my pistol when Income tax comes in. Is this the normal wait for the kits or the whole ar?

If you are looking for AR parts, I'd start by looking in the AR15.com equipment exchange (classifieds) section. Sure, some guys are still priced very high, but others aren't.

In any case, I'd be looking for private sales right now.

check out Rguns.net if you are ordering parts or guns. I ordered a .308 about a month ago and it only took 6 days for the gun to arrive

Why? Yeah people may have the parts available but they are ripping folks off more than the stores are!

I bought a lower parts kit for my DPMS 308 prior to the election from DPMS for $68. I was browsing on Gunbroker a couple of weeks ago and there were folks asking $250+ for them.

Funny I've knocked down some great deals there recently. Try picking and choosing, and don't treat it like a sporting goods store.

I might do that if they offered a 6.5 Grendel upper.
