Had the same several years ago and it was U-joints. Sure could be a wheel bearing though.

U joints are a quick pitch change back and foeth the speeds up with vehicle speed. Check the backing plate behind the rotor too, just grab the top and bottom and give a little tug towards the engine, that can happen a lot, especially if you recently did brake work. So yeah, jack it up and slowly spin the wheel or shake it down for play. Also make sure the brake hardware clips aren't touching the rotor.
