    Zippe Up Snake Boots

Do you have them and now to you like them?

I'm thinking those would be better than lace up, but not sure about if the zipper will hold up.

I had a pair and they were good but wore out in about 9 months and then one stayed zipped up and one stayed down till I bought some pull ons

they hold up relatively well,,, put the boots on, zip them up and then lace them to fit comfortable

I have three pair. Never had an issue with zippers. My favorites are my Danner Pronghorns that are lace up and zip up. Get a good fit with those.

Got a pair of Redheads. The tongue on the zipper broke off both boots, wired a new handle work fine. I want a pair of Chippewa Cutters.

I have had three pair of Redhead Zip UPS from Bass Pro in a ten year period. The first pair lasted about five seasons. Hunted in south texas. Lot of sandy areas. The last pair lasted about two years. The bottoms wear out quick. I purchased a new pair of Redhead Lubbock snake boots. Hoping these last a little longer. Hunting in rocky terrain tends to wear the bottoms out quicker I am sure. I will never purchase a pair of lace up snake boots ever again.

I have a pair of zip up Chips.....have probably had them for 8+ years with the last two being heavy usage and have never had a problem with them.

I have the zip up Chips, and I love them. So much easier to get on/off with the zipper up the back.

I've had a pair of Rocky's for two years now. Extremely comfortable and easy to get on and off with the zipper. It took a few tries to figure out how to keep the zipper from catching the inner fabric, other than that they have been great. I have walked miles in these at a time with no issues.
