Army worm?

Been seeing a lot about army worms lately. Seen quit a few of these in my yard since I was finally able to mow. Is this an army worm?

HOA sent out an email that many of the common areas in our subdivision have them and they have treated for them. I haven't seen any yet.

I was at the cleaners where my wife works and killed 4 in the area between the counter and the door

Apparently the lot behind them is infected
