I have a recreational property under contract near Breckenridge, TX and would like to build a small 3 bed 2 bath home on the property. If possible, I'd like to keep the price around $100 / square foot. Please give me your recommendations for a builder.

There’s a cabinet guy that’s also a GC out of Graham that screwed my buddy out of his build job out that way can’t remember his name but at drywall he was out of the $235,000 construction loan and still need another $65,000 to finish. The courts are dealing with it now. If a guy owns a Cabint company don’t use him.Comment
