The Yoder 640 is what I’d get if money were no object.

I cant decide between that yoder 640 or 1500. 1500 may be overkill for me.

I will help you decide...get the big one! I have a YS 640 and have never filled it all the way up. It will cook 6 pork butts but if I didn’t mind spending $4K (FYI I do and could never justify it) I would get the 1500. That thing is a beast and it looks awesome!
