I’ve got 2.5 acres at the end of a private road that butts up against National Forest and also 200’ of frontage on the Indian River. The cabin is getting a full remodel because the structure is grandfathered in to be right on the river bank. I believe the current offset for the Indian River is 1/4 mile. Duke is loving the river and spends about an hour a day in it.
