Buck Forage Oats...Success? Maybe??

Well my buck forage oats seem to be coming up strong. I’ll get out this week to check. Hoping my early spray for worms worked.

Oats did not like resting under the trinity river for 2 days. They died. Luckily I have 2 bags left so soon as it dries we will replant.

I had one float to the bottom of the river bed . However, santa aka (insurance company) hopefully delivers a new one soon.

Didn't see any worms in Irion co this weekend. Really surprised. Not out of the woods yet but not as bad to date as past couple years. Hopefully being so green in pastures is helping some.

Mine came up really well and it’s mowed down pretty good. My results are skewed cause I had a cow live on my 3 acre food plot for a month. My deer and pigs are using it though.

Mine or still doing good, a little brown on the tips, half the plot is mowed down tight half is a little more fluffy.
