Yep, ginger. I use the crystallized type found in the spice section. It’s an old seafarers remedy for nausea. It really helps.
Ginger ale helps too.

I will get sick one day but haven’t yet. I’m on a boat more than most though. Work on a boat and then play on weekends on a boat. Wish I could find a place to live that did everything by water actually
