You'll catch bigger fish on whitney than texoma. They have been catching good numbers at texoma though.

Thats true but you can only keep two over 20" if my memory is correct. Most of those box fish on Texoma are 12-14". Give me Whitney and big fish everyday. Another Lake with big fish is Possom Kingdom

I've been up there a dozen times with the two guids I've mentioned and most of the box fish we get are 16-19 inches. We will catch some that small sometimes but they go right back in unless injured.

Yes sir they are awesome. I was looking on my phone but i couldnt the pic, we smashed a big cooler full of crappie this summer with them by the dam. The guide Mike showes me his honey holes of brush piles are. I now know where and how to find them on my graph.

They're the worst about running somebody over catching crappie to mark what your fishing. That gets old quick.
