Was lining at private land draw hints it says adult, but can you put a youth as part of the hunting group?

All age requirements are at the time your application is submitted.
Applicants must be at least 8 years old.
Applicants under 17 years old must apply with a supervising adult that is at least 18 years old.
Applicants that are exactly 17 years old may apply alone or as a group member but may not be a supervising adult for a youth applicant.
Applicants 17 years old are considered adults.
Guided Hunt Packages are restricted to Adults Only.
