    Snyper Cellular 4G Setup

Bought a Snyper 4G cell camera yesterday. I've payed the $70 a year fee and I guess I'm waiting on a confirmation email. I downloaded the snyper app but it's asking for a 10 digit number for the camera SIM card? The phone number on the SIM card is 13 digit with a + in the front. Will I get an email with a 10 digit number?

    Which model?

If it's asking for a SIM card then you may need to buy one for it. A quick check shows that some come with a SIM card, apparently yours didn't?

edit- Actually I have no idea as it seems you already have the SIM information. Was just trying to bounce things around and help.

Good luck man, maybe contact their CS or something.

I'll call on Monday. It does have a SIM card with it but the app won't take the phone number.

Did you use the sim card with the MY.SIMHERO.COM that comes with the 4G. You mentioned that you used the snyper app. Delete that and use just the My.Simhero.com sim card. I set mine up 2 weeks ago and it works perfect. Did not use the snyper app. The carrier is Mavoco setting which comes thru the simhero side of things. The mavoco sim card sends signal to the nearest tower of several different providers. Had to change mine to the mavoco from AT&T and it started working just fine.

What he said. And have you done the firmware update? If not you need to it changes the camera from good to blow your socks off great. Then like he said you have to pick the correct carrier on the camera and go to the my hero webpage and pay for service. I have my camera pics going to the app and it works great!!

Thanks for the info. I left them a message this morning. Hopefully they call back. I did use the sim from my sim hero that came with the camera. It has a 13 digit number with a + in front of it. When I try to setup the app it was asking for a 10 digit number.
