How did the opener work

Opener is fantastic! I have reservations about the sensors, they are garbage. I’ve been trying to get in touch with my installer for a few weeks now.

I have doors just a touch taller two that I open and close on the chain all the time . Is the opener a want thing ?? Its not a huge deal to do it by hand

I use my shop as a garage, everyday. So it was a need, like the opener on my garage door.

I use my shop 6 day a week , in and out 8-10 times a day , some days way more than that .. I lube the bearings and suck twice a year my door moves very easy , Was just wondering .
