No...'cause then we will have taken away their basic civil liberties and all the rights and privileges that come with being a goose. Their civil rights would be abused as they would not be allowed to fly north again at the end of winter. Next thing you know, there will be protests in the streets with geese waving banners reading, "what's good for the goose is good for the gander"...or "set the goose free"..."stop torturing the geese"...it would be pandimonium.
