Another PayPal Question

So I've created a separate gmail account, and opened a separate checking account with a credit card. It's linked to a primary checking account but can only transfer money from the new checking into the primary (will probably change that but being overly cautious).

Question to those with PP: is your PP linked directly to a back account or to a CC? From the reading I've done, seems CC is more secure but directly to account maybe more convenient for transferring funds from PP.

I have it linked to both options. Whenever I send, request or transfer I select where I want it to go or come from.

I have both linked. Sometimes fees and such will be different if paying with a linked account vs card.

I have both but typically I just keep the funds in the PayPal account.
