I bought my truck a few months back with 25k miles it currently has 41k miles on it.
Last weekend on the way back from ATX the screen froze on the Dodge/ XM radio screen. Have any of you guys experienced this problem?
Took it to the dealer this morning and it’s obviously not covered under power train warranty. The dealer guy just said “I’ve seen it happen 2-3 different times.”
Said you can push a few buttons for a “soft reset” that didn’t work. He said he owned a Dodge Charger that did the same thing. He said just buy an aftermarket radio and for me to have a good day!
If you guys have a factory radio laying around I’m in the market. Or know of a fix I’m all ears. Thanks GS!
