I've had Spieth on my teams all year. Dropped him this time and he will probably shoot lights out!

We look forward to following him.
When I was learning to play golf in Montgomery our Pro was C. Scudday Horner. He was from Nashville but had played at LSU. Almost wish I could walk through the Pro Shop again and hear him get on me about what happened to BAMA against his Bayou Bengals, but not quite
Met a lot of good people through him.
Jay and Lionel Hebert, both PGA Champions would stop by and swap old stories. They have kin on TBH but the name escapes me right now.
Don January and Mason Rudolph. January zinged a 1-iron like I have never seen during a cold, wet, rainy and COLD day at the MCC. One of the best rounds I have ever seen anyone play. I believe DJ is living in the DFW somewhere now. May need to invite him to the TBH Open at Fossil Creek next year!
Davis Love’s father would come over and play in the Dixie Section PGA tournaments.
I vaguely remember the first Jr. Golf Clinics I went to. He taught us a proper grip and told me not to let go of the club for a couple of days until I got it right.
He spent one lesson on Etiquette and the Rules.
He taught us how to putt and read greens.
He would tell us to go out in the morning and play until the sun went down.
He was a fine Gentleman.
I don’t know how old Ben Kerns is but he is in a position to influence a life or two along the way. Best wishes to him.Last edited by 18ncs; 08-06-2018, 05:36 PM.

Good news, bad news for me. Good news is I will be staying down in the land cut fishing Saturday-Monday, bad news is I will not have any service to know what the heck is going on with the tourney. Worse thing that can happen is I will be 5.00 poorer when I get home. That, I'm used to.

I thought he would have paired nicely with Rory McIlroy for some

Post up the lures you’re throwing this weekend unless you are going the frozen shrimp route

I know I know, I have enjoyed watching him since he's been back. The trick shots he has to make after he drives it into the rough off every tee are amazing to watch. What I meant was, he was just beat by 15 strokes on a course he has won on 8 times...
I use frozen squid to catch most of my big trout, not shrimp.Originally posted by 17ncs View PostYou need to let it go RR. He is back.
