    Tractor tire size

Need some help. I have a New Holland tn65 4x4 and its time for new tiras. The ones i have are 6 ply 8.3-24 and cant seem to hold air any longer. 3 flats this weekens. Grrr! I need to get some new tires that will hold up to land clearing and hay moving. I have a grapple and when lifting a heavy load they almost go flat moving heavy trees. I want to get 8 plys or better and a heavoer tiee. Any suggestions?

Buy a bigger tractor? In all seriousness though not sure what we run on all of ours it is usually what ever set they happened to have on hand at the tire shop that particular day. It doesn't do much good to over rate your tires to handle things your tractor probably shouldn't be doing to begin with.

Our place is in West Texas which means tons of cactus and Mesquites. My neighbor put used aircraft tires on the front of his Massy that he got from a dealer at the airport in Abilene. Been 3 years, no flats. I think they. Ay be solid rubber!
