Does anyone have any experience with these or is it their first year on the market?

    Thoughts? Plans to purchase?

Never heard of it but sounds like something the folks over at Wiseye deer feeders dreamed up. I’m all for technological advancement but I think you can also over think things. Hunting still requires getting in the woods you know.

                Oh, no it doesn't

I was a welding supervisor working on a job many years ago and I had a guy from east Texas begging me to come hunt his land. He said " I guarantee you can open my kitchen wind'er and kill a good buck in the back yard

I told him I was too busy for now......LOL

Well that’s actually true I guess that you don’t have to leave the house. Check out the movie “Good Kill” with Ethan Hawke where a Las Vegas-based fighter pilot actually flies drone missions fighting the Taliban by remote control technology. Hunting via joy sticks!

Yep I believe you may be closer than you think. If you've ever had a camera that texts you pictures, you know that you get hundreds of sm bucks, doe and pigs. Some of these plans charge based on the number of pics you receive. If you are getting 90% doe, you are wasting your money. Not to mention having to take the time to go through thousands of doe pics to see if you've got a good buck coming to your feeder.

IMO it won't be long until you can name bucks and it will recognize those bucks so you only get pics of them. Or you can say only 8 points or better.

I also believe that it won't be long until the camera app breaks down the data of how many times per day that "Mr. big" comes in, what time of day i.e. 20% daylight, 40% am and 60% pm. As well as keeping up with what the moon phase, weather and barometric pressure is when he shows up and summarizing the data. Not to mention what direction he comes in from most of the time.

Your phone already has this technology. Just ask Zuckerberg.

Information technology and analytics is the future for everything. Even game cams clearly.
