Sounds like a waste of a good watermelon but I’d dang sure try it

I’ve done it once over mesquite. Was cool tasting it once, but probably wouldn’t do it again.

I smoked some pieces for 30 minutes and those were ok. The ones I smoked for a little over an hour developed a really strange consistency that nobody liked.
