I never had luck with them. My CPAP makes me sleep like a baby.

I tried em, nothing happened. I went for my cpap mask fitting and trial and had to bail. I'm a mouth breather and after hearing "just shut your mouth" a dozen times I tried the full face mask and it felt like I was suffocating from lack of air. I have no problem with the mask, just not enough air coming through and the tech didn't listen at all. I bailed before someone got smacked after my anxiety shot through the roof.

I sleep better when I use them. My wife says I snore "less" with them.

I use them and sleep better with them. I buy the Walmart brand now and they work just as well.

They may have saved my marriage....... They work great for me!

They are okay but to be honest if you snore that loud you should get a sleep study done. Sleep apnea can lead to other health issues and even cause an early death if left untreated

I've used them for hunting in the high country. They help a lot.

The snore strips only worked slightly for me. My problem is that when I am sleeping on my back my mouth opens and I start snoring. This mouth piece has worked wonders and is endorsed by my beautiful wife!

I have used the breathe right strips at home in the past and it helped reduce snoring. I slept well with them. However, I lost 49 lbs and my snoring has stopped. I always take and use them when Elk Hunting up in the mountains in Colorado. Definitely helps me get more oxygen flow for sure.

A drop of peppermint oil around my nose holes works for me.

If someone will whistle, you will stop, for a while. Mouth guard didn't work either.
