Tile Installation prices - current

Is the tile at Floor and Decor ok on quality? I’m looking to spend $2.50 to $3.50 per foot, and I’ll try/learn how to do the rest. I’m on a shoestring budget.

I will say that the wood look tile we looked at there in that price range was good looking stuff. I would have purchased what I needed there had my tile guy not adjusted his pricing. I didn't see anything that looked cheap at all, we stopped at the one on 45 North.

I ended up getting it for $3.35/ft for tile, $2.50/ft for install, $1/ft for demo and about $1K in thinset and grout.
