Compressor is probably not running. Call a professional. Unless you are familiar with capacitors and electricity.

Is the compressor running or kicking on?? Like was said probably a Capacitor burned up if the Compressor is not kicking on...Rather easy to install if you know what you are doing and the units power is OFF

Could be low on refrigerant and froze up. If you leave it off for an hour and then turn it back on see if it blows cold. If so, that's probably the reason.

similar situation happened to me last month. outside unit was running but was actually blowing cool air. The air being blown into the house was slightly cool. Temps couldn't be maintained. All filters were changed regularly so I went upstairs to check the air handler. It was beginning to freeze up. I thought I had a frozen coil but that was not the case. Called out a professional and I had a leak in the coil. $1200 later its fixed.

You can look and see if it is freezing up though. If it does, set the fan to on so it will move air across the frozen coils.

Just happened to me and a friend came by to check it out. It was the capacitor.

Check the coils outside and make sure they aren't filthy. If they are wash them off with a hose and let it cool down. You can spray water on the compressor to cool it down a little faster.

Fan running but not compressor is my guess. Probably capacitor

                      Probably low on coolant.

Either the capacitor went out or your coolant is too low to start the compressor. Capacitors are $10 on amazon or $100 from HVAC service. Life rule number 1272, never go thru a Texas summer without a spare $10 capacitor. Some day it will bite you in the butt.

If you do decide to check or change it yourself watch a youtube clip explaining about the danger and how to avoid a shock.

                            Good luck.

This is your problem I'm almost sure of it. Air blowing into your house should measure in the 60's or lower right in front of the vent, not 76.
