Quick Update: Looks like my 43 yard-ish shot from the makeshift ground blind was a "super low" hit on a decent Copper Springbok. We both thought it was a clean miss...…...especially after the branches grabbed my lower limb upon release. Well, I got an email earlier this week from my PH noting they found it....or the buzzards found it for them. They are taking the horns to the taxidermist. The PH may have a replacement hide for it also!!! I reckon the ole saying is correct, "better to be good than lucky" once in awhile!!!!
