That exit needs to be changed so badly. There just is not enough length with traffic trying to enter 30 and then cars/trucks also exiting. Add several 18 wheelers to the area at the same time and you get an even worse backup.
Also tons of 18 wheelers northbound to both directions on 30. If going west on 30, I always exit belt line or northwest, as I live out here and can get where I'm going easily on side streets.
