    1. Do you carry M - F at work if you work in an office setting? Do you need to find out if the company has specific rules against this? Do you coworkers know?

    2. What do you do when you, unexpectedly, have to go in a place that won't allow it like gov't buildings, gyms, etc?

    3. If you leave it in the car in the above scenario, do you have a safe or just stick it under the seat or in the console?

    4. This is a funny one, but a realistic one. When you have to go to the BR for a sit down, doesn't it pose a problem? I just imagine sitting there on the throne and someone mistakenly opens the stall door and you have a .45 sitting in your lap. That, for many reasons, could be startling for all involved.

    5. What do you do when you get home (especially if you have kids). Does the gun and holster go next to your wallet and keys, or right in a safe? I was thinking I could get a pistol safe and mount at the door in the garage so it goes in/out of the safe when I come and go.

    Thanks!

    1. You definitely need to check your employers specific rules about this and comply.

    2. There are not as many places that you can't carry as you think. I usually know ahead of time if I am going to these places and plan accordingly. Like someone else mentioned, I try to spend as little time in places that don't allow me to carry so I usually just put it in the console of the truck. If it get's stolen I have insurance and it is a gun....It's replaceable.

    3. See above.

    4. I rarely go in public unless it's an emergency but when it does happen I just stick it in the underwear, and make sure the door locks.

    5. I wear it on me until I put the kiddos to bed and go to bed for the night myself. Then it goes on my nightstand. If you want to get a safe that's fine but put it in a less visible place.

      4. Definately put it in your drawers if you have to sit down, that way you will never leave it. People leave their guns in the bathroom a lot more often then you would think.

I only carry to work if I am having to come to the office in the middle of the night. The keltec is in the back pocket on a fairly regular basis other than when I'm at work. If I'm going somewhere where I can't carry it, 51% place, courthouse, etc. It goes in the console. If I'm going out to a bar it's usually at the house to begin with. With the keltec being in my back pocket it stays in the pocket when in the bathroom and nobody would ever know it's there. I don't have kids, but they will know about guns from an early age. gun will probably be placed in a spot out of their reach. On top of shelf in the closet that is 6ft tall or something like that, might get a small safe to put in my nightstand, haven't had to figure that one out yet.
