Axis Doe Hunt Around Leakey?

I'm headed out that way for 5 days next week and looking for a meat hunt for my son and his buddy before they head off to college to play baseball. I had a guy lined up in Leakey but he is covered up in buck hunters next week. Any info would be great and thanks!

We had our first hunt this morning with Nick. Colton's buddy Tyler connected on a fat axis doe! I hunted with Colton and we were covered up with a bunch of whitetail bucks and some darn good ones. Colton will be back after it come morning. Nick is an absolute great fella and will go out of his way to put venison on the ground.

Can you send me the info. We have some family land in Leakey but it’s nothing but aoudad these days. I’ve been looking for somewhere to pay to play for some meat out that way for when I make trips.

We used to have tons of axis and whitetail but they have seem to have disappeared.

Colton made quick work this morning at first light. Another fat axis doe on the ground...I got two 125qt coolers fool of Axis meat. I will send contact info out when I get home. Service is very spotty.
