Yes sir needs to have at least a 8 on it to be legal right now but it wasn’t inspected tpw don’t inspect boats you just have to pay for the registration every two years I believe!

TPWD should have sent you a bill for registration a few months before that expired, did your address change? If not and its new boat to you something went amiss with the title transfer.
