    Vehicle registration question

I have a vehicle that has an inspection sticker that says 07/2017 on it. It has not been registered since then. I want to drive this vehicle in August. If I wait thirteen more days to get it inspected and registered on August 1 or later, can I avoid paying the registration fee for the period from 7/2017 to 7/2018?

^^this. As long as the mileage isn't too far off from last time it was registered. If you know the guy inspecting it, … just saying

odd, mine was out since 11 of 17. Yea i know....

Anyhow wife just took it in for me and not due till 7/19

Complete opposite for my diesel truck that does sit for long periods. Only use it for farm work. That one they went back on.

It does not matter when you get it inspected, as long as it is within 90 days of when you renew the registration. Not sure on how they will handle the registration?
