I also saw a small shop in San Antonio on the riverwalk selling it. Locally, if you have a smoke shop in town, they probably have some. Kinda starting to see it a lot of places now.

This is excellent advice. I have arthritis in both hands and wrists, and I'm a bit younger than you at 62. It could be arthritis, or carpal tunnel, or even a vascular (blood supply) issue. The best thing to do is see a certified hand specialist first and go from there. Many times, a hand specialist will refer you to an OT (Occupational Therapist), who performs PT (Physical Therapy) on your hands.

        Best of luck,

        Dave

Technically yes you can.. because many flower forms have a high CBD amount in them...helps with pain and helps prevent the paranoia THC can bring on

Get it checked out. Is it plain old worn out bones osteoarthritis, or are there autoimmune causes like rheumatoid or psoriatic?

64 years old next week and I'm in the early stages of treatment for RA after flareups starting last December. There is family history, so I got into a rheumatologist pretty quickly and he put me on 15mg methotrexate weekly. The pinky and ring finger on my left hand and my right wrist/thumb were giving me fits. 7 months in and things seem to be going well. I'm playing guitar, fishing alot, and shooting my bow with little problem. I couldn't do these things for awhile, so I hope this remains effective.

Good luck on finding some relief.
