Academy manager fired for stopping shoplifter

Academy mgr in Florida was fired for stopping a guy stealing a gun. Absolutely unbelievable. We live in bizarro world.

He’s since been given his job back.

Glad to hear he got his job back. Poor guy did the right thing. It makes academy look pretty silly but glad they reversed the decision

Was at Home Depot and a guy was walking out of the store with a saw and one of the employees went to stop them and the store manager along with other employees started yelling at them to stop. They said the guy has done it 3 times in a couple weeks and they are not allowed to try and stop them.

Sounds like it is time to call the LEOs when the guy gets to the store, and follow him to his vehicle to get a plate number.
