Was there for two days and loved it. Stayed at the new Trump Hotel. Took cab and uber from place to place. There is so much to do. It’s cool just to get a driver to drive you around at night to see everything.

Get out and see the sights and walk early in the morning or later in the afternoon, save the museums for the hottest part of the day.

The fort still flies the 15 star, 15 stripe replica of the original flag.... which can be seen at the museum in DC.
This too! Baltimore is not far at all. If you’re into baseball Camden is cool to see while you’re these.

Go south to Solomon’s Island for the day and stop at Sandgates restaurant. Get the crab cake or a dozen steamed crabs.

            Love Washington DC,
Washington, Lincoln, Jefferson, Mason, Rosevelt, MLK, Vietnam, Korean, & WWII can all be seen at night. (Wear Walking shoes)

            Spend your days here.
Arlington cemetery, Holocaust, American History, Air & Space
Capitol building, Library of Congress, Supreme Court, National Archives Building

National cathedral is away from the rest but cool to visit if you have time.

White House if out, Takes a few months to be cleared to visit.

One of the funnest things we did on one visit was the Spy museum. Interesting history and they have a self guided tour of the city that takes you places you would never find on your own.

Like I said wear good walking shoes.
Try the food truck around the National Mall. Good stuff.
            Enjoy.

If you can fit in Ford's Theatre and the Peterson House do that. If not then pickup a copy of MANHUNT-The 12Day Hunt for Lincoln's Killers. It's a book you will read without putting down.

              Arlington.
